Some more photos from the past week or so.

I can't figure out why some photos persistently upload sideways and don't know if you can edit them once they're on blogger...so I apologize. Here are some photos of the last week or so (in addition to the ones from the previous post).

The weather has been amazing....sun, cool breezes, no rain. We have utilized this time to the max by going outside as often as we can. It's interesting to see how dark the houses are even when the curtains are open. I guess it has to do with the sun being so low in the sky...I'll say it does make you want to get out in the fresh air, which isn't a bad thing.

Levi climbed up the little hill at the park.

Here he is climbing up the net ladder.

Here's Liam "taking in" all the park has to offer.

Levi being, well Levi. These glasses were in a "veterinary kit"

A few days later, Greg managed to walk with us to the park...only to have to be called in. At least, Levi got to go down the slide a few times and go on the merry go round (they managed to make it so your fingers won't get chopped off and children on wheelchairs can utilize them...brilliant if you ask me. They have it flush with the ground so all the turning mechanism is underground. There is a wide enough space so that a wheelchair can fit and a little seat too. I'll have to try and remember to take a picture of the park next time. It's really cool because they also have a swing for children in wheelchairs).

Enjoying the sun.

Levi is amused by glasses...he stole mine right off my face. We found it rather amusing that they actually fit him quite well.

Yesterday, Greg came home with a new toy...the iPad2. He was excited to be able to put games on there for Levi. Our hope is that I will be able to use it to occupy Levi on the flight to and from the states later this summer. Here's Levi's first go at putting the shapes into a picture. I have to say, I'm quite amazed at the fun little games they have for children. I'm even going to go out and say there's a really cool book that Greg downloaded and it's about going to bed. At one point, it talks about the animals taking a bath and you can actually turn the water on and the computer screen "steams up"....crazy how far technology has come over the years.

How could one not resist a photo with this cuteness?

Liam relaxing while Levi and I worked on Easter Eggs.

Levi checking out the candies that were going to go into the eggs.

Concentrating...

Takes me back to my childhood....smarties, liquorice allsorts....yummy.

As usual, his "cheese" face

This morning, Levi wanted to put the "picky sticky 4 month" sticker on Liam's onesie.

The 4 month old photo shoot started going south...Liam started crying. Levi said, "It's okay Liam. I get Liam a toy." He got him a toy and tried to put it in his hand for him to hold.

Here the toy is in Liam's hand. Levi promptly said, "He's happy"...it was true. :c) He's such a good big brother.

Toy in hand again, Liam was happy.

The last photo turned out well :c)

Milestone check

Liam rolled over today...considering his love for tummy time is more of a disdain I'd say he's doing pretty well.

We are just waiting to move into our new house. We have less than 2 weeks until we get the keys and 2 weeks before the movers come and start packing and moving our stuff. Woo hoo. I can't tell you how excited I am to have a washer and a dryer that will be next to each other...not the washer in the kitchen and the dryer in the garage (not attached to the house and not next to the house either). It's the small things in life, really. :c)  Not to mention it's going to be an American sized washer/dryer and fridge....woo hoo. Sometimes bigger really is better.

We do think it's a little unfair that our back yard is backed up to the elementary school's super awesome playground...yup, Levi's window overlooks the playground he can't play on. Is that cruel or what. We've pondered the idea of just climbing over the fence with our ladder...but figured we might get caught on CCTV.

Oh and you have to love that we have to go through the whole internet schlep all over again. So if you don't hear from us from say the beginning of May until mid-June...you'll know why. They have to take 3 weeks to "cancel" our internet/phone service and then sign us up again which will take another 4+ weeks. How I long for Comcast...see you in a day or two...heck, maybe even the same day to get your internet set up. Maybe we'll just head to Scotland for a vacation....that would be nice, wouldn't it.

So for now...I leave you with a few photos of our adorable boys.

All dressed up for church...this is the best I could do to get both of them in a photo

Shout out to Uncle Matt and Aunt Amy for the cool cardigan.

"Say Cheese"

All I can say is that Levi wore this shirt at 12 months....we're just getting to 4 months. Liam's got some broad shoulders...perhaps a swimmer in our midst :c)

Thanks to Oma and Opa for making me stylish.

Yes, those cheeks are just edible.

Can't figure out why this one keeps uploading sideways...so you'll just have to turn your head or your computer :c)

So there's your dose of cuteness for the week. Love to everyone.

So most of you who took the poll were right. Levi was the top photo and Liam was the bottom photo. I heard a few people saying the darker hair color gave Liam away :c) Here's another set of photos...same outfit/same age. I think the difference in size will start giving Liam away soon. We smile at how different they are in size and in personality. Liam is constantly trying to talk. They were both babies that liked to smile, so we're blessed to have some happy babies.

So this is Levi

...and this is Liam

Levi is an exceptional big brother. Here's one of his "hold Liam" moments. He likes to ask me if he can hold him. It's usually a short lived moment, but it's sweet that he asks.

Levi post-photo "cheese" (conveniently caught in this photo)

The men at McDonalds. We asked Levi if he wanted to eat at McDonalds (since I didn't feel like tackling any sort of meal at home...oh wait, Greg does all the cooking and he was studying...so...). Levi's response was "eat Old McDonalds" followed by his rendition of Old McDonald had a farm. I asked him what we eat at Old McDonalds and he said "duck, cow, horse"....hmmm perhaps their burgers have more than we bargained for :c)

I was trying to see if I'd be able to have Liam sit in the double stroller when we went to the airport and so I got it out. Levi's eyes lit up like a Christmas tree and he chose his own seat and then asked if Liam could sit next to him in the "doh-soh" (stroller). I obliged and here are the 2 cute boys.

Later in the day we decided to give a "walk" a go. It always sounds easier than it is, but we managed. The toughest part was getting everyone strapped in and leashed up. Mommy and 4 of her 5 boys out for a walk...fun times.

Otherwise, Greg is in the states taking the last part of his boards. We are hoping for some warm weather. It has been nice the last week and then yesterday and today were a bit cool. We will be moving into our new house in less than a month, so that will be interesting.

On a side note...I have to add some of Levi's funny statements that he has made in recent days. We were sitting at a buffet and a lady walked up to the dessert table (which wasn't too far from our table) and Levi says "no lady, not too much lady" ... nice, Levi. At least he didn't say that to me when I went up there. I might have taken offense to it.
I love when we drive over the train tracks and he asks if the train is going to "Norwich or Cambridge"
There are so many other things he's said, but right now I can't think of them, so more later.

Levi or Liam?

So both boys took their first pool plunge around 2 months of age. Here's a photo of each of them. Can you decide which one is which? Vote in the poll on the right and leave a comment of what you think.
Don't cheat by looking at recent photos...just go with your initial impression :c)
