From St. Louis we headed up to Wisconsin....about 15-20 minutes from Milwaukee. We have to leave the dogs with my parents until about November when they can fly over and live with us again. Fortunately all of the family got to come up for Memorial day weekend and so it was great having everyone together again. Levi and I will be staying here for 2 more weeks and then back to Winston. Here are some photos of our adventures so far....
So this is what happens when Levi starts on his climbing spree....up the back of the couch and up onto the first level of stairs
Then he decided maybe he should squeeze through and go up the rest of the stairs....only his head didn't quite make it through.
Levi decided he could walk both Iqhawe and Duduza....let say it went well until Duduza started to move a little faster...fortunately they had taken it onto the grass and so it wasn't catastrophic
Enjoying the park
On the lake :c)

Worn out after hanging out with the family
So today after everyone left. Levi, Mama, Duduza, Iqhawe and I went to the park. While there we saw the fire truck leave the station and Levi of course thought it was the greatest thing...and kept saying "woo woo woo" and his version of "fire truck". Well then we headed to the grocery store down the road and just happened to be walking by the fire station when the fire truck was coming back. So we stood and watched as they pulled back into the station. Levi got a nice up close and personal look at the fire truck. Then as we were getting ready to leave after them having reversed the fire truck in, one of the firefighters said "hang on a minute". So we waited only to have him emerge with a red plastic fireman hat and sticker for Levi....needless to say he was "ecstatic" Well to top it off they let him sit in the drivers seat and "drive" the fire truck. All in all I think it might have been the highlight of his day as he get his hat on his head and couldn't stop talking about the firetruck :c)
